Chateau Prieure de Beyzac
Beware, this 2018 is an accessible jewel with a deep color with ruby tints. The nose is complex with aromas of pure and black fruits and fine toasted notes. A lot of pleasure on the palate with a perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and silky tannins. The length is immense, reflecting a gigantic vintage.
Calera Central Coast Pinot Noir
This beautifully lush and supple Pinot Noir draws you in with inviting aromas of raspberry, dark cherry, dried sage and sweet tobacco leaf. On the palate, soft, supple tannins frame alluring layers of wild strawberry and Bing cherry, with hints of cracked black pepper and spice emerging on a long, satisfying finish.
DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon
The DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep ruby-purple color, foreshadowing intense aromas of cherry and blackberry jam complemented by dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and desert sage. The nose also reveals secondary nuances of wet gravel, sandalwood and plum pudding with subtle notes of fennel, black olive and eucalyptus. On the palate, a swirl of black raspberry, pomegranate, cherry preserve and Zante currant melds seamlessly with crushed herbs, fig and cranberry.
