Partida Blanco's crisp, rich natural flavors and clean, smooth taste are the result of the distillery's unmatched commitment to cooking its agave within 24 hours of harvest to retain its fresh and vibrant character. Herbal notes mingle with citrus on the nose. The palate showcases bright flavors of tropical fruits and vanilla, with hints of cooked agave, white pepper spice and succulent grapefruit.
